Where we ship

Canada and the United States. Everything leaves our studio in Toronto.

What it costs

Standard delivery is a flat $18 to anywhere in Canada and the United States, whatever the order comes to. Named-day delivery within Toronto is $24. Duties or import taxes at the United States border, if any, are set by the destination country and are the buyer’s to pay.

How long it takes

Three to five working days across Canada, five to eight to the United States. Stone is heavy and travels slowly; we pack it accordingly, and would rather it arrived whole than early.

Returns

Thirty days from delivery, unused and in its packaging. Write to hello@miloandmilo.ca first and we will send a label; return postage is on us in Canada. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within a few days of the piece reaching us.

Something arrived broken

Stone does sometimes lose to a courier. Photograph the piece and the box as they arrived and write to us within a few days. We replace it, and we deal with the carrier.
